Comprehensive Nutrient View an introduction to CNMP Watch. (.wmv, 1.9mb) Together with the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA), CropLife Foundation developed a website, CNMP Watch. Made possible through a special U.S. Environmental Protection Agency grant, CNMPs - or Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans - have become in integral part of the regulatory permitting and environmental stewardship for large, and in some cases even medium and small, concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs). CNMP Watch is a component of NASDA's mission to represent the state departments of agriculture in the development, implementation, and communication of sound public policy and programs that support and promote the American agricultural industry, while protecting consumers and the environment. CNMP Watch takes a step further in providing valuable information to the agricultural industry as a whole, including federal and state government agencies, livestock producers, and agricultural service providers.
