Regulatory Deadlines for EPAs Container/Containment Rule The CLA Stewardship Committee developed a poster calling attention to changes in the 2006 Container/Containment rule that become effective in August 2011. This rule will regulate returnable, refillable pesticide containers (e.g., mini-bulks).
